Our fee schedule
All fees are per hour, per child. The total includes the educator’s fee and the Amana Kids admin levy. Eligible families pay less once the Child Care Subsidy is applied.

Payment
Fees are paid fortnightly. If payment is not made at the end of each fortnight, care may stop until the amount owing is paid.
Absences
- All absences are charged at the normal rate.
- CCS is paid for up to 42 absence days per financial year, including public holidays, illness and curriculum days.
- Once the 42 days are used, parents or guardians need to provide evidence for each extra absence.
School holidays
- If school holiday care has been booked and is no longer needed, tell your educator at least two weeks before the school holidays.
- An ‘Agreed School Holiday Hours’ form must be completed before any holiday care starts, so both parties agree to the booking.

Most families pay less than the fee shown.
CCS is a Services Australia payment that reduces your out-of-pocket childcare costs, based on your family income and the type of care used. Amana Kids is a CCS-approved service, so eligible families have their subsidy taken off each fee.

Use the Services Australia CCS estimator to see your likely subsidy percentage before you enrol.
We handle the reporting
Attendance is submitted on your behalf so your subsidy is applied automatically each fortnight.
Gap fee only
You’re only charged the difference between the full fee and your subsidised amount — the “gap payment.”
